Hi guys! Last week I announced that
production has started again. However, only private mills are
operational. Coupled with changing exchange
rates during this COVID19 period, there is also huge demand. As a result prices are higher than usual. Orders MUST be confirmed within 48 hours from the time price is given. Prices are NOT fixed. Currently
only 90KG (44” x 26.5”)
and 50KG bags (41” x 26.5” - coffee
bags) are on offer. Guarantee of supply: My partners in Bangladesh have over 30 years’ experience in exports
of jute bag & jute related products. They are also registered with the Bangladeshi Jute Exporters Association
and all the relevant Bangladeshi government agencies. They are close to and have long
standing relationships with government and private jute mills for over 30
years. Payment Terms: From now henceforth the main payment terms are as follows: 100% CIF Mombasa with final order & Balance on arrival of consignment to Mombasa. Prices - All prices are delivered-Nairobi. COMMISSION: 1/= to 2/= per bag (Depending on prices. This is for an individual or shared in a group) |

CURRENT JUTE BAG PRICES – JANUARY 2018 (VALID FOR THE NEXT 14 DAYS)
IMPORTANT
NOTE - TAX:
KRA has
increased the taxes on containers by about 33%
since January 2018. This was done to
curb fudging of invoices and under declaration.
Rest assured that when dealing with we make sure everything is done by
the book.
IMPORTANT
NOTE:
Orders
& Lead Times: Many of you (and the brokers who call on
your behalf) are calling when you need the bags i.e. the next day, in a week,
etc.
Keeping in mind manufacturing time and estimated shipping period it
would be best if clients place orders 1 to 3 months in advance.
Larger
orders take a longer time and are delivered in a staggered way e.g. an order of 2 million bags will be delivered
in 2 consignments of 1,000,000 bags over 2 months.
Please ensure that you and/or the brokers you send out are cognizant of lead
times.
Brokers
or commission agents will be paid a commission of between Kshs. 1 – Kshs. 5 per bag.
Commissions are paid once consignments are delivered and payments have
been completed.

CURRENT JUTE BAG PRICES – 90KG DECEMBER 2017 (VALID FOR THE NEXT 10 DAYS)
Hello good people!
Just a small price update for December 2017 for 90KG Jute Gunny Bags.
Prices have slightly reduced since
the last update by roughly 10/=.
For 90KG bags the Minimum order
quantity (MOQ) is 1 (one) 20 foot
container, 21,000 bags.

NOTE:
I have
partnered with, and, are contracted agents of, established jute bag
manufacturer-exporters from Bangladesh.
I therefore
will help you source, import and acquire any amount of high quality jute bags,
at competitive prices, according to the clients’ needs.
Our
partners in Bangladesh have over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing and
exports within the jute bag industry. They are also registered with the BJMC – Bangladeshi Jute Mills Corporation.
To all
clients;
