PRICE UPDATE FOR 90KG & 50KG & ORDER PROCESS

Hey guys!

Small price update for 90KG & 50KG bags. For shipment from February 2017.

Have a look at the specifications you might be interested in and give me a call so as to place an order.

Amounts are client dependent – we will produce the quantity you can pay for!

Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 (one) 20 foot container. Depending on the jute bag specifications, 20 foot containers can handle between 21,000 – 50,000 bags.

Order Process & Commissions:

From now all clients and their brokers are requested to send a formal letter of intent when inquiring on prices, and, when they have a confirmed order.

Brokers or commission agents will be paid a commission of between Kshs. 2 – Kshs. 5 per bag. No more, unless there are special circumstances.

Commissions are paid once consignments are delivered and payment is completed.

Brokers are requested to provide, or, get their clients to furnish me a formal letter of intent, with all necessary client details and specifications required.

This saves time and goes towards securing the transaction.

Just a price update for January 2017. Prices are still the same since the last update.

Quantity is not really an issue for us; amounts really are client dependent – we will produce the quantity you want as long as you can pay for it!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

To all clients;

Orders & Lead Times: After talking to many clients, it has come to my attention that many of you (and the brokers who call on your behalf) are calling when you need the bags i.e. the next day, in a week, etc.

Keeping in mind manufacturing time and estimated shipping period it would be best if you, the clients, place orders 1 to 3 months in advance of when you would like your jute bag consignment.

Larger orders take a longer time and are delivered in a staggered way e.g. an order of a million bags will be delivered in 2 consignments of 500,000 bags over 2 months.

Please ensure that you and/or the brokers you send out are cognizant of lead times.
